Your baby’s first moments pass by in a flash. Bring me to your home to capture their sweet newness in photo.

These sessions are best retained by month 6 of pregnancy. This allows for optimum flexibility as newborn shoots are best completed within 2 weeks of birth. Unforeseen events happen and babies often arrive on their own timing, so communication with your newborn photographer is essential. Meeting your family’s needs during this precious time is my greatest priority!

How to Prepare…

  • ❇ Small prop pillows

    ❇ Neutral toned wraps (grey, tan, and cream)

    ❇ “Shh” speaker

    ❇ Small heater

    ❇ White faux fur backdrop

    ❇ Grey faux fur backdrop

    ❇ Tan plush backdrop

  • ❇ Special blankets or wraps (for example: your favorite colors, matching your nursery theme or gifted from someone special)

    ❇ Special stuffed animals or other small toys

    ❇ Outfits, costumes, headbands, or other accessories.

  • ❇ Nursing pillows or lounging pillows can be extremely helpful under backdrops.

    ❇ Your baby may need an intermission for a diaper change or feeding. Please be prepared for those, so we can transition as smoothly as possible.

    ❇ The best location has as many windows as possible, for as much natural light as possible.

    ❇ I usually set up in an open area on the floor. Sweeping or vacuuming is greatly appreciated, but do not feel that your home needs to be spotless. Life with a newborn is busy and I want this day to be relaxing and fun for everyone.

    ❇ Older siblings are fun to include, but will likely need entertaining while the newborn is being photographed, toys, games, or a grown up to play with are a great idea!

Investment begins at $200. Retainer equal to 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your package. The actual date and time will be based on your baby’s due date and birth date. Remaining payment is due 5 business days prior to the shoot.
