Senior Representative Responsibilities

Participation
Participate in 1 or more complimentary photoshoots.

Collaboration
Collaborate with Ashley to plan creative projects.

Engagement
Engage with Ashley LaCasse Photography social media pages (share posts and/or tag page in your own posts) approximately once per week from May 15th until October 1st.

Promotion
Regularly share media and experiences from our shoots to all of your social media accounts.
Photos can be compiled into video formats, but no filters or lighting adjustments can be made.

Referral
Use social media and word of mouth to refer classmates, friends, and students in our area.

Communication
Make sure referrals mention my promotional code when they schedule a session.

Conduct
Maintain behaviors and an image that positively represent Ashley LaCasse Photography.
Avoid behaviors that could negatively impact the reputation of Ashley LaCasse Photography.

Support
Avoid promotion of other senior portrait photographers.

Release
-Allow the uncontested use of photos from our shoots in all marketing and promotional situations.
Termination
Failure to fulfill these commitments will result in termination of the senior representative’s position.
The reason for termination need not be disclosed.
Selection
I will choose at least 1 student from each local high school based on the application materials submitted, and social media following (no I’m not looking for thousands of followers).
In order to accept the position as representative, I will need to meet or speak with applicant and parent/guardian in order to acquire verbal permission.
Applicant will have 1 month to schedule our first mini shoot by which time a signed release will be completed from applicant and parent/guardian. If I do not have a signed form by the end of that time, then I will select another applicant.
Parent Digital Consent
Completion of the form below indicates that you have reviewed the program details, parent consent, and Consent & Model Release Contract. By signing you are providing digital confirmation that your child has permission to participate in the Senior Representative Program as outlined on these pages/documents. If your child is chosen, I will call to get verbal confirmation. At our initial session, the paper copy of the contract will be signed by your child and you.
