Become a Class of 2023 Senior Representative for Ashley LaCasse Photography.

Who should apply?

  • Students of the class of 2023 from local high schools who will share their photography experience with anyone who will listen.

  • Students who are active on social media and follow Ashley LaCasse Photography on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Students who are interested in participating in a variety of mini sessions throughout 2022 until graduation of 2023.

  • Students who are involved in their school and community.

  • Students who are willing to meet and collaborate with other representatives.

  • Students who have parent permission and support in participating in numerous photo sessions, marketing, and promotion of Ashley LaCasse photography.

There is no prior experience in professional photography or modeling required.

A positive attitude and willingness to actively promote Ashley LaCasse Photography through social media sharing, tagging, and referrals are a must.

Expectations and Responsibilities of a Representative:

  • Participate in 1 or more complimentary photoshoots with me from late winter or spring through graduation of 2023.

  • Collaborate with me on the planning and preparation of photoshoots.

  • Engage with my social media pages (sharing my posts and/or tagging my page in your own) approximately once per week from May 15th until October 1st.

  • Share photos from our sessions regularly to all of your social media pages.

    • Photos must be unfiltered and unedited with minimal cropping.

    • Watermarked images must retain their mark in your posts.

    • Tag Ashley LaCasse Photography or link to lacassephotography.com

  • Use social media and word of mouth to refer your classmates, friends, and students in our area.

  • To earn your perks, make sure your referrals mention your promotional code when they schedule a session with me!

  • Positively and actively represent the Ashley LaCasse Photography brand.

    • Termination of your position may result from: suspicion of inappropriate behaviors, promotion of other photographers, unwillingness to advertise and promote the brand, unwillingness to participate in photoshoots, and behaviors that could be harmful to the reputation of Ashley LaCasse Photography. This list is not all inclusive. The reason for termination need not be disclosed.

  • Additional opportunities may become available.

  • Additional duties may be requested.

The Perks

  • You will receive one free mini session with digital delivery of clearly watermarked but unobtrusive images. This session must be completed by the end of April 2022.

  • There is potential for additional free mini sessions as determined by photographer. You could be called upon for creative projects, to test out techniques and equipment, or for special mini sessions (spring gardens, prom, or to test out new locations), as time and availability allow.

  • Each person who uses your referral code when booking will receive $15 off of their chosen session if they pay for the session at the time of booking. (Payment is accepted through Venmo, as cash, or as check)

  • Referral bonuses!

    • Referrals will be considered complete once the client pays for their session in full.

    • Your Representative referral code will expire on October 31, 2023.

Referral Bonuses

  • Free senior portrait session within 1 hour of Fairfield, Maine. Representative will receive one finished portrait of their choice free of branding (watermark). Any additional fees (such as those for admission or further travel) must be paid on or before the day of the photo shoot.

  • 4 additional finished photos free of branding, totaling 5 finished photos.

  • 5 additional finished photos free of branding, for a total of 10.

  • An additional 5 finished photos free of branding.

    These can be from the senior portrait session or any other session we have completed.

  • Free prom or graduation mini session (depending on photographer and representative availability) during the spring of 2023. This session will include 5 finished photos free of branding.

    This session can be replaced with an alternative mini session as agreed upon by the photographer and representative, but is not transferable to other individuals.

Applications will be accepted until Midnight on March 13th. Please watch for emails from me in case I have questions for you.

Choosing my Representative(s).

I will choose at least 1 student from each local high school based on the application materials submitted, and social media following (no I’m not looking for thousands of followers). In order to accept the position as representative, I will need to meet or speak with applicant and parent/guardian in order to acquire verbal permission. Applicant will have 1 month to schedule our first mini shoot by which time a signed release will be completed from applicant and parent/guardian. If I do not have a signed form by the end of that time, then I will select another applicant.
